Very disappointing experience - one star is being generous!
My fiance popped into the shop to enquire about flowers for our wedding. The lady didn't seem very interested and just said look at the website for costs etc. Once we'd looked over the website we emailed the shop asking for costs for what we wanted for our wedding. We didn't hear anything for a couple of days so emailed again checking they received our email - no response. A few days later we called the shop. They said they'd received our query and would get back to us that day. A few days later still nothing so we called again. The lady
