For me it all started in 1997 when I took the leap and started Jack Reid Cars. We bought a fantastic car from Jack Reid 6 months ago. We were back today to get a couple of minor things sorted on the car. All the staff but especially Glen and Alan were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother they gave us lift into Carrickfergus and picked us up again after the work was done. The happy, welcoming team at Jack Reid Cars do customer service like I have never seen before. We will be back when it is time to change my car. Thank you all.

Having read other reviews, I would agree that there are friendly staff in addition to a wide range of reasonably priced cars however, i have also had less than positive experiences which i wanted to share for any prospective customers. I opted to purchase the additional 3 year warranty for my car and subsequently, had to avail of same however, was disappointed that my car was with jack reids for a period in excess of 30 days. This was inspite of numerous phone calls etc. making JRS aware we had a newborn and urgently needed the work turned around. At the time, I feared that work which jack reids

Went today because im in the process of buying a car. After the disappointment of going to a dealership and finding out that the car I had been intending to buy had been sold, my boyfriend decided to take me to Jack reids in Carrickfergus. The stock they had was great, and great prices. Even though there was nothing I would go for, the stock was really nice to see. The salesman was also really pleasant, and thats the sort of customer service that should be given. Definitely will keep an eye out for new stock😊

Having moved back to NI recently from abroad we needed a car. Colin found us as we started our little dander around the forecourt looking for our new wheels and invited us in for a cuppa, and a screen-search to filter out cars that weren't suitable to minimize our time outside in the cold.
We told him our must haves (automatic, heated seats, good sound system) and our budget, he stuck to it without us ever having to repeat it. We narrowed it down to 3, test drive 2, picked 1.
Decided to buy her (Beitris "traveler"). The next day he called to let us know she didn't pass
