After working in Brides Dream as a teenager on a Saturday and purchasing my prom dress from this store I just knew I would return for my wedding dress. I had the most amazing experience in the shop with Dawn and Joanna. For a self conscious person I felt at ease the whole time and so comfortable. Dawn knew exactly what dress and styles would be suitable for me and was totally honest with her opinion through out my trying on process. I took my daughter yesterday to Brides Dream as this was where I bought my wedding dress 25 years ago. I wanted my daughter to experience the same excellent personal service I’d had by brides dream, (something that I’ve talked about throughout the years).
We walked in at 11.30 and left at 1pm. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and gave excellent advice, needless to say the service is exactly the same as it was all those years ago, still at the highest level, very personal, making the bride feel as special as she is, but not just for my daughter, but for me, the mother of the bride too,â€
