Follow the A23 all the way to the coast where you turn left and we are 300 metres on the left at the far corner of the first garden square. When leaving the station go straight ahead until you reach the sea at which point turn left. We are 300 metres past the Palace Pier on the far corner of the first garden square.

A truly memorable stay here Vicky the manager was a superb host our bedroom was well appointed with a lovely sea view comfortable bed high quality linen bathrobes and towels the toiletries were of high quality as was the furniture.
Breakfast was excellent high quality bacon and Cumberland sausages as was everything else service was friendly and attentive.
We have stayed at The Grand and many other establishments in Brighton before.
A Room With A View is by far the best place we have visited.
Highly Recommended.

We stayed here last night and could not recommend the hotel enough, we had difficulty with our booking and David was really helpful along with the owners help they saved us a lot a money, the hotel is beautiful with stunning sea view rooms and compared to other hotels we have stayed in in Brighton this one is now our favourite and value for money! We will 100% be returning, thank you 😊

The location was perfect right on top of everything you need within minutes walk. The parking was ftee and easy.
The young man serving breakfast was professional and attentive and cooked breakfast was really good. The additional continental selection was a bit limited amd could be better. The room was a little smaller than we expected with a very limited view and the noise is obviously not great as its on the main road but earplugs were by the side of the bed for us. Really nice place would stay again.
