Another excellent stay at this lovely hotel. I've been staying here several times throughout the year since 2015 and as per usual it didn't dissapoint. Service was amazing, reception service outstanding. Breakfast really nice, and the room immaculate. Looking forward to my next trip! :)

UNFORGETTABLE DISASTER
I will not ever going back again. As l stayed one Saturday night, went back to hotel quite late after dinning out, returned to hotel expected a good night rest. Then the next Sunday morning was woken up at 06:17am by the employees were talking so loudly while working, continuously until 07:49 the disturbing annoying extracted fan sound came on plus the talking noises together made that impossible to go back to sleep. Later heard people singing, dropping and banging metal sound respectively. The whole incident had spoiled my visit in Brighton and ended up suffered from tiredness

Our small room was subterranean view a view of the air conditioning units. The windows didn’t open, and the room smelt like damp and chemicals. Bed was the smallest double I have ever seen. Was impossible to sleep because the room was so hot (air conditioning kept turning off), and because it was so noisy, with no sound proofing in the passages. Complained the next morning, and online after the stay but was not met with much sympathy, or any offer of a partial refund. Really bad; considering the room cost £131 for one night.

Really pleased we booked this hotel for a 2 night stay - we arrived in the middle of the night (3am) and Georgina on the desk really couldn't do enough to help us settle in, she is absolutely amazing :) Breakfast was lovely, well presented and the hotel really clean. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough, will definitely be back in the future, great staff team, nothing is too much trouble for them. It's also right on the sea front, and central to everything

Pretty much as expected for a three star hotel, adequately and functionally furnished with few trimmings. City view room was effectively a basement. Very high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff are a great asset to the hotel - all were courteous, friendly and helpful. There is no parking. Compact and comfy bar serves hot and cold drinks. Time slot for breakfast had to be booked in advance. Breakfast was decent with several options including vegetarian.

I have to say that I had a pleasant stay here (1 night). Very close to everything, just 3 to 5 minutes walk to British Airways 360, also it is front the beach.
The price is cheap compared to other options around, so if you want a place to stay it is a good recommendation. (I didn't take the breakfast but they had plenty of options)

Will stay again. Lovely big room and really clean and lovely staff. The only thing that let it down was breakfast. Took forever and was not tasty at all. Didn’t put me off staying again - will just book without breakfast next time. Really good value for money and pet friendly ;)

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, firstly the staff are so friendly and helpful, they make a great team, the lovely girl behind the bar made us some lovely cocktails which were nicely priced, breakfast was delicious, not too much and you can help yourself to toast and jams etc, best coffee (I'm fussy) lovely clean restaurant.
Our room was really warm and the windows don't open fully but the kind staff supplied us with 2 fans for our room.
Location is perfect as it's right on the seafront, beds are comfy too, would return again 100%
