From the moment I walked in I was created with a smile by staff and asked if I was in for specific staff member or did I need any assistance. I explained I was in for an engagement ring. I had no understanding of what to look for. They have a simple chart that explains everything. Colour clarity carrot. Ciara was so helpful and did not rush anything and was not pushy.
