Incompetent at best. Have totally devalued my property and take no responsibility. If the owner cannot distinguish between different chain types I wouldn't want to be buying graded gem stones from her. - I asked for a gold chain be be split, explaining that it had originally been a bracelet and necklace which had been joined some years before. I pointed out that the bracelet had only 5 closed links between each longer link whilst the original necklace had 7 (Figaro style), I was quoted £30, I later received a phone call to say that a basic round clasp would be joined to the necklace whilst the

What a miserable shop with the most miserable and rude staff ever. There is no love or happiness in these people's lives, I'm sure of that. But when they are in a public facing role like theirs, it beggars belief, and begs the question what happened to them in their life to make them like this. I didn't buy the ring in this shop as I felt it would always be tainted with the hatred that emanates from the place, and no luck, joy or happiness could it bring.

Firstly, we looked in the window, and one of the staff members started moving around the jewellery we were viewing.
We then went inside to actually buy something we'd chosen. Neither woman working there so much as looked at us, let alone greeted us.
The two staff members were serving very picky customers who were taking a VERY long time to choose anything.
Instead of either woman acknowledging us, apologising, and saying they'd be with us soon, they both continued to pretend we weren't there.
It shouldn't matter, but the other customers were in t-shirts and tracksuits, and we were dressed up
