Poor communication, and rude when contacted about issues.
Waited 7 weeks for a new contract / contract amends when there was a change of name on our tenancy agreement, with several attempts at getting a response from Locket Estates during this time (from both the tenants and the landlord). When we did receive a response, emails were brief and ignored some questions that had been asked. When calling to discuss over the phone, the agent (Paula) angrily tells me they are very busy and its not her problem! I tried to explain all we need is a bit more transparency and communication but essentially

The good:
Quite good service initially with Hayden being an incredible agent showcasing the property and arranging for a swift move.
The bad:
Poor quality of service since we moved in, poor communication with the tenants after moving in. We`ve had issues with the boiler for over 1 month and are still waiting for resolution. Other issues we raise get ignored too.

Very disappointing post-transaction experience. Hayden was quite good initially while marketing the place. However, once the transaction was completed, he stopped answering my messages and calls. The reason for the calls was that Hayden (or another person from the agency) switched off water supply to the flat. The water supply system for the house is not straightforward and it took me more that a week to figure it out with help of neighbors and previous owner (who rented the place out and hasn’t been there for the last 10 years). A simple message from Hayden would help to solve it within a day

Can’t recommend these guys enough. They really are very much part of the local
Community in Fulham and always have a cheery disposition. I note Hayden gets lots of personal comments on here but he really is a friendly, genuine and very helpful asset to the Lockett brand. If you’re on the move, you can do no wrong and I’m sure using lockett will alleviate some of stress involved with moving house .

Very good support throughout the process and great ability to secure both rental within a couple of weeks and at a rate very close to my asking level.
