You may sell patek , JLC and other exceptional brands however This should not hold any reflection on the way you conduct yourself to new or previous customers and the manner in which you speak to them , the staff here are utter snobs , I advice you visit the other branch on commercial street where the staff are friendly and more than happy to help as opposed to fobbing you off , I will purchase my JLC reverso elsewhere

Been a customer of this jewelers over the years and it's all ways been a very good but unfortunately when I visited last weekend I wasn't greeted very well, I was told at the victory quarter branch appointments only and refused entry this has never happened in the past, when I called to make a appointment I was told to go the this branch when we arrived the door attendee was very reluctant to let us in all this made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was some sort of criminal that was about to rob the place very disappointed.

Fantastic Jewellers. I was lucky enough to meet Ollie at another engagement whilst he was working, straight away it was plain and easy to see his love and pride for his job. He was very knowledgable on all the products (especially Patek's) they sold so we arranged a meet at their family run store which was local to me. From there things then went from good to fantastic!
All staff in the store were all very polite, made me and my family very welcome and could not do enough for us. There has been many nice surprises and 'Grandad Jeff' is also a gem. (look after him!) We look forward to returning

I had two tiny rings melted down and some gold added to make a new ring for myself, and Berry’s Jewellers was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was brilliant, but I’d like to thank Nikki in particular, who gave me plenty of helpful advice and ensured I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process.

About a month ago I bought such a beautiful engagement ring recommended by the sales advisor Zoe Shepherd. She was wonderful and extremely helpful, she found me a ring within my budget and I was gobsmacked that I got the ring as such a reasonable price. Zoe was a great pleasure to deal with. Zoe made me feel comfortable and at ease as something this important can be nerve wracking. I also have to say that the sales staff in Albion Street are a million times nicer then the Berry's in VQ, the security guard Edgar was also a true gentleman too. Thank you Berry's the Mrs also loves the ring 😁
