Form Bespoke Jewellers is led by Tim Swann and Gary Thompson. Our expert jewellers have a real passion for working with customers to create something truly individual.
Tim Swann, Gary Thompson and Michael Dransfield have enjoyed successful careers across many areas of the jewellery industry. With a combined experience of over 100 years, they create a unique experience at Form Bespoke Jewellers in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Realising there was a gap in the market for their expertise, Tim and Michael created Form Bespoke Jewellers in 2004.
My first step into jewellery was with a small retailer in my local Yorkshire town. Here, I mainly served over the counter and did a few repairs for customers. As time passed, my interest grew. As a result, I moved on to learn more about the ins and outs of jewellery by taking a position within a wholesale manufacturer in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
We've got a brand new jewellery workshop and showroom in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, West Yorkshire. And we can't wait for you to come and see it. It's exciting times here at Form Bespoke Jewellers. With our 15 year anniversary on the horizon, we are ever-growing and developing our unique jewellery experience for you.

We commissioned Form to make our wedding band ten years ago. They did a fab job. So much so that we asked them to design a ring with three bands that with kids birthstones, designed to be split when they got to 18 to allow them to be gifted. Tim and the team entertained every idea, gave sound advice, and shaped an amazing, sentimental, dainty piece for us that my wife and kids love. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I came to Form after struggling to find a wedding band which fit around my engagement ring - the service from Tim, Gary and the team was brilliant from start to finish! They answered all my questions and took into account everything I was looking for for my ring, including doing everything they could to get it as close to my budget as possible. I had multiple visits to see how the process was going and the end result is just beautiful and exactly what I imagined!
Form also made my husband's wedding band which was just as perfect, we couldn't have been happier!

Absolutely the place to come for bespoke and thoughtful jewellery. I had reservations before hand as the thought of creating a completely custom ring was terrifying, but from the initial phone call the team at Form were helpful, attentive and available, helping craft something I only thought was possible in my head and looks absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t recommend them more.

In a world where small in dependant businesses must fight for their spot on the high street, I urge you to use this family business! The help and guidance when designing my ring was second to none, Tim and the team really made me feel relaxed as I wasn't sure what design I wanted. I received CGI images before my ring was made so I felt confident knowing how my ring would look. Thank you for all your help!

I spoke to Tim from Form about an engagement ring and he was absolutely amazing. He explained the process very clearly. I said what I want in terms of a shape of the diamond, I named a price and Tim explained to me in details what I can get and also threw in some recommendations where asked (about both diamonds and rings)
There were no hiccups and the time frame agreed was honoured. I would recommend Form to anyone and don't worry if you don't know anything about rings/diamonds. I didn't either. Tim will deliver!

Thank you so much to Gary and the team for making our lovely wedding rings. We decided we could definitely go ahead with our September wedding in June and we’re worried we wouldn’t get the rings in time, there was no need to worry at all with Form Jeweller’s. The service we received was amazing. Such lovely and genuine people. Gary went above and beyond and cleaned my engagement ring for free (the day before we were leaving for the wedding!!). I was apprehensive as I've never bought anything of significant value like this without a word of mouth referral but I am incredibly pleased I found them!
From initial contact through to picking up the ring, Tim was attentive and listened to my requirements whilst suggesting options relating to personalising the ring. He then priced and created mock-ups using their CAD software and I am delighted with the finished product.

Tim and Gary created my fiancé’s ring over 6 years ago now. During the process they were really professional and friendly, the end result was fantastic, truly bespoke from start to finish.
We were attending an event more recently and thought it would be a good time to get the ring cleaned. Really fast and professional, remember myself and my partner as if we were old friends.
