Dealt with Charli in the Denbigh office, she found me the property initially and I had quite an exacting type of house and location. I found Charli to be very professional and kept me updated right along the buying process. When she wasn't available the rest of the Denbigh team made sure my queries were dealt with very promptly.

Awful, awful service! Do not use this estate agent! A catalogue of mistakes and bad service! I sold my house recently using them and they were dreadful!
They arranged a viewing of the wrong property telling me… it was my house they wanted to view but it was another house in our street! They included me in staff emails by mistake. When I rang to inform them they accused me of having a 'bad attitude'.....unbelievable!!
They rang to tell me I had exchanged contracts three days after the event and I had absolutely no contact from them on completion day!
They upset my purchaser early on in the
