It's all about identifying your target market to establish the right design for your property or show home. No two show homes are the same, which is why my service is in high demand. I help clients maximise their project's potential. The starting point is to produce sample/mood boards for the overall project along with plans and a fact board describing the layout and items chosen to create your design.
They sold my house so quickly, Rachel Poole has been particularly good arranging suitable viewings for our house and also helping us to find our dream home taking calls out of hours and Ben Tate offering help and advise. 5 star service would not recommend any other estate agents. Tate Rowlands acted as my Estate Agent when I recently sold a property on Deeside.

Tate Rowlands were most helpful with my onwards purchase with them and also assisted me with my sale when it wasn't even their listing. Laura especially was calming, incredibly helpful, reassuring, and equally determined as I was to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Laura, Ben and Carol also went above and beyond to try to minimise the stress of the transaction and often unreasonable demands of the chain with professionalism, kindness, empathy and the will to carry on. Only health with them 5 years ago as being tenants in a house that was sold. The agent made me feel very belittled and in the end I "presented" the property to the investor. We are still her tenants. She was also earlier at the estate than agreed and called the then landlord to ask why she does not have access. Be on time. That's the simplest answer.
