First Choice Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is a Bournemouth based Specialist Physiotherapy Clinic. Chartered Physiotherapist Fiona Lucas runs the Clinic. Having qualified with a Bsc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 1997, Fiona has gained a wealth of clinical expertise both in the NHS and private sector. In 2012 Fiona gained a Masters degree in Advanced Professional Practise in Sports and Rehabilitation. Fiona provides evidenced based assessment and treatment techniques.

At First Choice Physiotherapy we have a wide range of treatments available to achieve the best results for your specific therapy needs. Fiona has a special interest in headaches and neck pain. She works with a local neurologist and has carried out research in this area. Fiona provides evidence based treatments for neck pain, cervicogenic headaches, tension type headache and migraines.
Appointments are all carried out in the Studio a modern, bright and professional treatment room. During this session a thorough history of the problem will be taken and how it effects you specifically. General health questions and details of any medication will be covered. A full physical assessment will also be carried out to check the joints and soft tissue which are effected.
