My wife purchased 2 outfits from Andaaz Fashion. She returned one dress within 14 days of delivery. This was well within UK law for the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The company stated wrongly that it had to be returned within 3 days of delivery for a refund and refused to refund our money. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and after a bit of a struggle with Paypal I did eventually get my full refund. I would ignore there return policy of 3 days. It is against the law to wrongly inform customers of the Consumer Rights Act. I would therefore be cautious of purchasing anything from a company like this.

Loved the whole experience from A-Z, the team was very accommodating with my request, very helpful and professional through out. The outfits I ordered were delivered much earlier than expected delivery time and they were beautiful, even better than in the pictures on their website. Very pleased with my order, will definitely order from here again.

Was notified that the saree is out of stock and offered alternatives which were in no way suitable for our purposes.When I told them there was nothing else suitable and I would just like a refund,they then promised to send the original saree before the date we needed it by.I emailed them a week before to check if it was being dispatched, only to be told they won't be able to deliver the saree.I asked them to refund me immediately so I could go and buy elsewhere but they were just pressuring me into ordering something else.They are refusing to refund me!I have now reported the situation to PayPal

My purchase of the Net Embroidered Anarkali Suit In Light Green Colour has totally surpassed my expectations, and is every bit as beautiful as it looks on their website photo. The colour is a truly wonderful vibrant shade of lime green, the embroidery exquisite and the fabulous materials give it a feeling of being much more expensive then it actually is! The matching face mask is an added bonus!
The suit is an absolute head turner and I can't wait to wear it for a Ball I am attending tomorrow night! The sizing is perfect, how wonderful to state your size

This company may have had some negative reviews, but I still bought from them and they came through. It got delayed by a week, that’s because I never checked my email to confirm the order.
Guys how many times have we missed up at work or around the house, do we like our bosses shouting at us, no, right, give these people a chance. And Andaaz staff, if you mess up tell the truth and give a gift to the customers so they will be happy too.

Andaaz Fashion are an unreliable, inefficient, unprofessional and dishonest company who have totally mucked me around for nearly a month on two of my orders that were stated as in stock and ready to ship.
1) the website is very deceiving, they have numbers for UK, New York and Malaysia and have a base in Twickenham UK but all their items are shipped from India and the call centres are in India. They also state on their website that ready to ship items
