Classic English clothes in a classic shop. They also offer very good online shopping considering Brexit.

Quality material of the Navy British Warm Coat was very good but the fit is exceptionally poor (beyond boxy) and it arrived missing a button. Very disappointed that they make you pay for retuning given the price point and that many competitors do not. Raised this issue with the sales associate who said she'll be sure to raise this with management in a manner that left little doubt on what would actually happen.
The experience left me wanting a refund vs. exchange.

Regrettably I have to agree with the poor customer service in the London store. For something so English, one would expect an iota of charm?!

Most unhelpful customer service ever. No one answers your email. Called and left a message and no one calls back. I have not had such a bad experience shopping online before. Very surprised and shocked.

Classic British attire for the countryside. All the colors of the rainbow in corduroy. Ladies attire is stunning. Men's is classic British in the sporting tradition. What could easily become a costume is perfected in traditional elegance.

Nice store in Picadilly Circus with a great selection of country tweed clothing for me and women. High quality shirts, socks and ties. I have purchased several items from them over the years and never had any issues with the quality of their clothes and complements. However, the staff is not particularly nice. Polite, but they do not make you feel comfortable while buying, which I think is essential in these type of stores.

I walked into this store not really expecting what to get, but I was blown away! The quality of the goods in this store is superb and the workers are above and beyond wonderful. We were helped by a few members of staff and they were all wonderful and attentive. One of the members of staff, James, was especially helpful and my brother, sister, and I had a great conversation with him about the history of the store. Highly recommend this place for a taste of traditional English clothing and conversation.

Yes, Cordings is not a bargain-basement store. However, if one waits for a sale, he (I have no direct experience of women's clothing) can find some true bargains, if he takes quality into account. I have purchased two pairs of trousers and one shirt on sale, and the price is only slightly higher, if at all, than what I'd pay for a comparable garment in the U.S. and the word "comparable" is key, because many of the items Cordings carries are not readily available in the states.
The trousers I bought are the zip-front chinos, and I could not find chinos in such a wide array

Having an wide/tall shoulders and biceps, I struggle to get nice jackets. We drove to and stayed in London specifically to find some nice bits for me. Cordings were great. The materials are soft and supple, the colours are subtle and well defined.
The service was great, the guys were all attentive and were not exasperated by my indecision. Very professional.
I will be returning for a new spring outfit.
Highly recommended for a dapper gent (or lady).

Pseudo bougie staff act like they go pheasant hunting in the English countryside but are probably making 8 pounds an hour living in a damp filled studio in Tottenham.

Nice way to treat customers here. One place to avoid if you want to be treated like a customer ready to spend money. If you look like a continental European (although properly clothed), you might have to wait longer to pay. Only way to answer: leave the stuff and go!

Cordings is owned by the world famous musician, Eric Clapton. This is the only shop I know in London that only stock button-cuff shirts. I only buy gifts in this shop for friends and family. Nothing really for myself, I have to say. Nonetheless, Cordings have very good deals when it comes to their
winter and summer sales.
