Would not buy from here again..
Brought a car and the dealer were transparent about the damage history but not much else. Supplied out of date v5 certificates and never told they were so have had to source my own which has left me unable to tax or drive the car 5 weeks and counting.
Had my mechanic check the car as a precaution and since found a suspension fault. The dealer believes this is wear and tear or likely caused by a pothole but I don't see how when the vehicle can't legally be driven and hasn't left my drive. Do not buy a car unless you are absolutely certain it won’t go wrong!!! I purchased a car in April, it was delivered a month later as had problems with the convertible roof & couldn’t release the vehicle unless it was mechanically sound!!! They had my money a month before it was delivered!! Car delivered, there was damage on a door that had been described to me as a small dent 😂😂 it was quite a large dent!!! Within 2 weeks I had to replace a wheel bearing & subsequent to that the roof stopped working again!! None of this was covered under the 6 month warranty, which incidentally did not

Dreadful experience the owner is a liar and scammer . Was promised the car had a full service history 12months mot and would be given a service before purchase.All lies. No history apart from a stamp at 14k 3 months mot and no oil in the engine. Have since had to have 3 new shocks which would of failed had he mot'd car and cam belt change even though I was told it had a chain and no belt.
Will never be buying from them again so be very careful if you are considering a purchase.

Be very careful when dealing with this company make sure everything is in order before paying for a car.
EDIT: In regards to the reply to my review from this business. I bought a car from you which was not exactly as described. Overall the car was good and I had no problems with mechanical aspects and paintwork. All good. BUT you did not mention there was previous damage to the car, when it was delivered I noticed this. You also advertised the car with full service history and when I asked you why there was no service book in the car you kept telling me you would find it in the office and then

I purchased a used E Class Mercedes from Matt. He is very professional and respectful i contacted the dealership after hours and his response was prompt. I felt he went out of his way to help and support me. Most garages will sell the car and you will never hear from them however after I took delivery of the vehicle as its a used car the standards exceeded my expectations presented very well. I went to the agency to buy a Kia sportage and asked me for £ 200 to reserve the car and promised to deliver the car the next day and did not deliver. After a week I asked for my deposit back and was told they would only refund £ 100. I contacted the store several times and they did not return anything to me. In addition, the car was advertised as a great service history, but the documents were not in the store. In the store I was promised 1 year of mot, but they didn't keep their word. Great family run Dealership with a good range of cars. Good old fashion customer service, no pressure sales tactics here and had plenty of time to look over the lovely VW UP my daughter purchased today. Travelled from Bristol to see the car and Matt picked me up from Tamworth train station. Well worth travelling over 100 miles to get a quality motor at a good price. Thanks Guys.
