Don't believe the AA APPROVED RUBBISH!!!
I purchased a van for £10,999 from jenkins motor company to which I paid in full. I was told that they needed to replace a reverse sensor but they didn't have anyone to do it, this being a Saturday. I called on the Monday afternoon and was told they would fit it that afternoon or latest on the Tuesday morning so I left it with them. I called again on Tuesday afternoon as I didn't hear anything to be told that they cannot sell me the van as its still under finance from the previous owner.
I understand that jenkins motor company are AA approved and these

We have been looking for a while but then found a car at Jenkins.
Initially helpful over the phone to my queries and very helpful during sale, not pushy as other people have said.
When I collected the car they were thorough with the paperwork and then showed me how to work the basics of the car to get me going as well which reassured me as I was nervous changing to a bigger car.
Overall a great service, would recommend and much appreciated, Thank you!

Great friendly company, Ciaran was a very helpful and honest guy, car was given to me in an excellent condition clean inside and out with the obvious little marks as it's a second hand vehicle but nothing that was of any issue, I drove 170 miles home with it and no problems, thank you to all the staff at Jenkins Motors, also the peace of mind with the AA approved was of great reassurance.

So quick and easy to buy my Fiat 500 from Jenkins motor company. I was left alone too look at the car. Ciaran & Lee we're very friendly, approachable and certainly not pushy like a lot of places I’ve previously been too in the past. Test drove & deposit put down, collected next day. The car was in showroom condition. I would definitely buy from there again. Would recommend this trader too everyone. The before and after care was excellent. Thank you

Brilliant service, no messing about for part exchange, service promised and delivered as agreed.
Follow up warranty perfect for a use car and guy (sorry forgot name) I dealt with was straight talking, honest about the car... no nonsense which put me at ease. shame he's a Liverpool fan, can't have everything.
Will definitely check them out when after another used motor.
