The hotel has a very attractive bar lounge, with panoramic views of Porth Beach and Newquay. Guests can enjoy the comfort of the bar or drinks can be taken out onto the patio, where you can enjoy the fine views of the evening. We have 20 well appointed bedrooms.
We have our Morgana suite, which has lovely sea views king sized bed, large screen digital television & DVD player, leather arm chairs & a patio which leads directly onto the hotel gardens.We also have a selection of doubles, familys, twins, trebles & single rooms, some with lovely sea views of Porth Beach & Bay or Porth Valley.

The Whipsiderry Hotel commands a really superb position overlooking Porth Beach and Bay with breathtaking views of both sea and countryside. The hotel stands in its own grounds of approximately two and a quarter acres. Our Outdoor heated swimming pool is set in the quiet gardens of the Hotel. South facing, it is the perfect place to relax & enjoy pool side service in the Cornish Sunshine.
The Hotel Restaurant is very comfortable & spacious. We pride ourselves on our cuisine at the Whipsiderry Hotel, producing a six course evening dinner with choice of menu. We include a selection of British & International cuisine, with an excellent range of traditional & modern food to suit all tastes, always placing special emphasis of fresh local produce.

Right from our first meeting with Lisa and Andy we knew we were in good hands. Our family and friends started arriving on Friday, and on Saturday night all of the rooms were booked by our guests.
All of our bedrooms have colour television, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer & Wifi. Morgana Suite - King Size Bed, a spacious, sea view, ground floor room, with all facilities, including wide screen TV, l eather arm chairs, shower en-suite. Private patio doors leading directly into the Hotel gardens.

Beautiful and cozy, with a nice view towards the sea! Staff was lovely, very polite and attentive! Food was great - breakfast was included in our stay and we booked the 4 course dinner they had as an option - delicious and the price was very fair for the money. Room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is about not even 10 min away from the beach and 5 min away from a stunning view point over the surrounding area and the sea.

Although classed as a three star hotel and to be fair I would agree based on my room. However you can see the potential of this hotel really going upmarket. It’s a great location and has a wonderful setting. Also really nice food based on the breakfast dining. I suspect they do very good dining as well.
Overall the service was excellent, room was quiet, easy to park and easy to access all the facilities in Newquay.
Note check out the badgers feeding in the evening and explore the clifftops.
