A very professional and efficient team at Scargill. I am 6 months into a tenancy with them and their help has been consistent throughout.

My mummy placed her flat into the hands of Scargill Mann over three years ago and she tells me that the quality of tenants has been nothing other than 'a touch above excellent'. As with all lettings, the odd thing goes wrong but it's the speed that matters are resolved is what counts and Andrew's support staff in the office are all well above average. So much so that my daddy put his house into their hands too and it all went as smooth as my Black Lab coat.

Awful service from the lettings department. This was a 3 week saga. As a prospective tenant I had to chase and chase some more. Was once advised there was no record of me even after 2 conversations with 2 different agents. Was constantly advised that the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and would call me back. Only once did I get a call back. 8 calls from me....1 callback. 6 days had passed and I had to call only to be advised the property had been let to someone else. There can be no excuses. Scargill Mann recently dealt with a very tricky house purchase we were making and were absolutely fabulous. Anthony went above and beyond every step of the way even dealing with last minute issues created by the seller the night before completion which left him phoning us at 10pm to try and resolve. Wow, rang up about a rental. The girl sounded like she really didn't want to help and couldn't get me off the phone fast enough!! Hope when I do find somewhere its not through this estate agents as I really don't want to deal with someone who clearly doesn't know much about customer service..
