Originally a coaching inn, the Old Rose and Crown Hotel is steeped in history and is a landmark building in the heart of the stunning Lickey Hills. Set in the 400-acre park, the hotel is easily accessible from the M42 and M5 motorways - and just 9 miles from Birmingham City Centre.

The hotel and rooms are nothing like the pictures on line. This is not a large luxurious hotel. In brief - tiny room with dated decor and broken furniture, terrible views of building works, uncomfortable stained mattress, ripped bedding, old damp smelling towels and no breakfast. Absolutely zero customer service! Contacted the manager to talk through my complaints. He acknowledged them but refused any refund. Ruined my weekend - don't let it ruin yours.
