I don't usually write reviews but I ordered my wedding cake from Dipyum and it looked and tasted AMAZING - everybody loved it and asked where it was from! I would not hesitate to order future celebration cakes from here.
There was also some confusion due to new staff members, but the customer service from the owner was great - she did everything in her power to understand, accept the situation for what it was and try to rectify the problem. Amazing cake and great service,

I had the lovely experience of using Dipyum for my wedding cake last month & the whole experience was fab! Every time I contacted with a query or question there was a friendly and helpful response. The wedding cake turned out even more amazing than I had even expected, the colours were perfectly matched to my theme and cake setup was brilliant. If you want great service which is hassle free, fabulous looking cakes and delicious too then definitely use Dipyum cake :)

Thanks for the beautiful and delicious cake! All my guests loved the cake! Wish I had time to try the other flavors, but for sure, the red velvet is delightful! We loved the way the cake turned out. It matched everything perfectly!
