Visited this place for a puncture repair. Owner was pretty rude a dismissive. Waited about 40 mins for someone to be free and do it even though owner was sat doing nothing.
I needed a different new tyre a couple of weeks later and decided I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and go again. Asked if he could put a new tyre on. "No. Closing soon" then he walked away.
Really needs to work on his customer service to be honest or maybe get someone else in to do it!

Critical: Professionalism
Asked to fit a part that I bought from VW (because they couldn’t fit me in - in time) soon as I mentioned that I’d bought the part needed I got told “nope! In that case we aren’t interested! We aren’t interested in anyone else’s parts” and then hung up! Absolutely shocking service and quite clearly couldn’t be arsed to do the work.
