Your Client Services Department member is your dedicated point of contact for all administrative issues; they will work with you to ensure that your ongoing service experience with us is delivered to your satisfaction.

In the Design stage, you and your Financial Planner will meet for an initial exploratory meeting, where the emphasis is on getting to know each other. This is the point where we to start to assess your current financial position, as well as help you articulate your goals for the planning process.

We assess your Risk Tolerance which enables us to then design an Investment Portfolio for you, taking into consideration your Investment Timescales, that will ensure you are not taking on any more risk than you are comfortable with, whilst trying to achieve as high returns as possible.
