Absolutely Shocking!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £50 a night for blood up the walls. Sewer water that absolutely stank in the shower. A broken uncomfortable bed next to a window thats not double glazed. The train passes right next to the property every 2 minutes which vibrates the whole building everytime. The room itself was absolutely tiny. We left early and have requested our money back! Staff didn't want to know. The pictures of the rooms on booking.com aren't the actual rooms of the Hotel. Dont get fooled like we did. So much more wrong with this place but these are the main points for you to see

I couldn't review without hitting one star but I would actually like to give it minus 5! Basic they call it, I call it a hovel, I don't know how it is even able to operate. The floor boards in our top floor bedroom were dangerous. The shared bathroom had a note in it requesting that you put toilet paper in a bin rather than flushing it down the loo (ugh!) the shower was revolting. Nobody should stay there. It is disgusting.

Place should be demolished. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mould and dirt everywhere. . Holes in the wall.. Cannot even walk barefooted as the carpet was filthy. Could not sleep at night as it was extremely noisy.. Worst place I have ever stayed. We had to leave and find another accommodation. AVOID!

I have to put one star to publish but I would have prefered to put Zero stars!
Booked a room there this summer, the place should have been closed as there were fully redoing the place... The room booked was not suitable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) and they had nothing to propose to allow us to stay the night (one extra bed or another room), I asked if they could refund me and the guy at the desk validated that yes it would be possible, 2 months later... no refund, no news from the place!
They are not answering neither the phone nor my emails!
I strongly advise you to book

Disgusting place. Filthy bathrooms and bedrooms. Rotten wood skirting boards. Carpets you would never walk on bare footed. So loud it was not possible to sleep. Never ever stay here. Sleeping on London streets is a better alternative. The only thing this place is good for is the demolition man's wrecking ball.

Rude stuff! Crazy vibration of water tubes or something else inside the wall twicw a day. One in the morning and one at night. Enough to weak everyone up at 5.00 am. Loud motor bikes pass by all the time and I can FEEL and hear tubes, trains pass by. The building is shaking. The bed sheets and towel are reasonably clean thou.Worst place I have stayed. one night is enough but I stayed two nights with my parents. Like hell.

Very dingy. Booked a smoking room and was told on arrival the entire building is non smoking. Bathrooms are rather disgusting. I arrived half hour before the end of check in to an owner who complained about how he had been "waiting up" for me. 45 minutes before check out in the morning the owner attempted to let himself into the room unannounced (while me and my girlfriend were getting dressed). Fortunately, I heard him trying to unlock the door and stopped him.
Considering the location, it would be a case of "you get what you paid for" if it wasn't for the owner trying to walk in on us unannounced

The service was better than I expected. Every day we got clean towels, there was enough soap, toilet paper, etc. The water was always hot enough for the shower. For this cheap price don't expect too much luxury. The wifi worked, the room was small but we didn't bother. We missed a fridge and the last day suddenly all the hot water was defect. But again, it is enough when you don't want to spend a lot. I don't recommend this place for women, they will find it too dirty and probably too simple.

Due to a flight delay of two hours, I was going to be 15 minutes (!!!) later than the latest check-in time. As soon as I landed I called the premises explaining my situation. The woman on the other side of the line simply said: " sorry we cannot wait for you, you should have taken that into account." So I had to find other accommodation, but they still charged me the full night stay (which is understandable if you don't show up, but I stood in front of the guesthouse at 11.16 PM)
I cannot speak about the accommodation itself, but if you're looking to stay here, please be sure that you do not arrive
