If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter).

Steve Pring helped us sell our Nailsea home in H1/2021. What I liked about Steve was that he gave us good advice on the right price to put our house on - not slightly lower to get a quick sale as an estate agent, but based on good realistic value in the current market. His advice on when to hold out, when to change price were valuable and his communications between buyer, seller, solicitors in the chain was first rate at keeping everybody appraised with up to date information. We can't recommend Steve highly enough!

We have known Steve for nearly 20 years dating from when we moved in Nailsea. When dealing with Steve he listens to our requirements, seeks to understand why they are important and then only suggests properties that meet those requirements. He does not waste our time by telling us about a property that doesn’t meet our needs, even if it is new to the market. During the time we have known Steve, we have used him to both buy and sell properties. We have found his advice to be reliable and well-reasoned. We would not use anyone else!

Stephen marketed our property in the space of days, photographs taken and the advert went live. He had a list of potential clients lined up and after a busy 24 hours we had a firm offer from a cash buyer. Stephen assisted with negotiating the best price for us and the sale was agreed on the second day of listing.

The honesty and trust which Pring & Co brings to the world of property-selling is a complete breath of fresh air. Stephen offers an almost bespoke service, because he has the ability to know just the person who would want to buy your property when you market it with him.
