After my car was here for over a month, to have a bumper & grill replaced by axa insurance the car was returned with several faults, 1, the wrong grill was fitted, 2, overspray on the headlights, 3, headlight alignment was way out, 4,lower bumper mounts were loose,5 they disconnected my dash cam & left it like it. The worst car repair I've had done in 40 years of motoring .Update, the paintwork these cowboys carried out has now started peeling off in less than 3 months!!!
They should change their name to fiasco to truly represent the service they provide.

Critical: Quality
Had to have my catalytic convertor replaced as it had been stolen. Took three weeks for this to be fitted after a long wait for the courtesy car.
Two months later the back of my exhaust has fallen off. Apparently this is nothing to do with the work they have done

They went above and beyond for my car repairs, and although they said it would take 3working days minimum, I had a call the following day to say the work was done and it has been done with great skill.

Absolutely fantastic service, my damaged car was collected the next day and I was kept updated every step of the repair. All staff were friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for better service - thank you to the whole team at Faesko!

Great service, the reception staff are very friendly and professional and they kept me informed on the developments of the repair. They are also compliant with government guidance in relation to COVID-19, so it felt like a safe environment, clear instructions for hand sanitation and adherence to social distancing. Happy with the repairs to my vehicle and the overall service, would highly recommend.

Absolutely Fabulous!!
My insurance company sent me here after someone hit my car in a car park. Was slightly nervous having read some of the reviews BUT they have done an amazing job! The ladies on reception were helpful and friendly, I was kept up to date with what was going on every single step of the day by text and email, my enterprise hire car was dropped off and collected from the garage and as I said my car looks amazing! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
