A visit to Glen Ord, on the edge of the Black Isle in the Highlands west of Inverness, is a delight to both the eye and the palate. Watch their distillers at work creating a magicial malt whisky which is sweet, malty and dry on the palate. Upon tasting the "perilously drinkable" dram, tradition has it you'll find it hard to resist a repeat experience.

Shame I did not manage to get pictures of the room as the other pictures on google do not do it much justice but I’ll get some next time we visit! We paid £190 for 2 people for 2 nights bed and breakfast. Full English basically you can choose what you want and then a help yourself to the oriental breakfasts, totally spoilt for choice. Bed was super comfortable, breakfasts cannot be faulted and best of all the man that runs it puts his absolute all into making everyone feel welcome. He does the reception work, the maintenance, the cooking, cleaning and even makes the beds! He was so lovely and

I have number of trip to my credit but I have never been so bad as here !!
The owner is as cantankerous as condescending
Disrespectful to the possible
A scandal
Openly treat the French with total disregard
Pass your Path
This person is ashamed of the national good mood that has delighted us since the beginning of the stay (Glasgow, Islay, ...! ..., Edinburg)
Hotel: Door rooms and VMC hyper noisy, water shower not hot enough
And the breakfast (paying in addition to that included with the room, and booking) not so good, even the ferry is better ..
