The business has flourished rapidly due to our fantastic sales team, and we provide an excellent service to all our customers. We provide a service with that extra personal touch, we are not a 9 to 5 company, and we are happy to cater for all your needs in the property rental and letting market. All of our staff are friendly, and all have many years' experience of working in the property industry.
Whether you're buying or selling, you will need to instruct a solicitor to take care of the legal proceedings on your behalf. Some things are a given when you're selling. You want the minimum hassle, a speedy sale and the best possible price. But what about adding an agent that really thinks about the detail to that list, too?
Easy Lets 4 U is registered with all the main credited bodies including TPO, SAL, CLA and NAEA. The team attend regular training programmes to keep up todate with the ever changing government legislations. Easy Lets 4 U are a corporate member of the Scottish Association of Landlord thus giving all landlords the same benefits including fee legal advice and up todate legislation.
We will communicate with the landlord and any tenants by telephone, email and/or letter and will deal promptly in response to reasonable requests and communications from them. Where requested to do so, we will try to accommodate a landlord or tenant's preferred method of communication, wherever possible.

Viewed a property in Kirkintilloch with my GF for our first house.
Rent was 400PCM and it was a very good location but the flooring in the whole property was wrecked. Everytime I brought up the flooring to the letting agent she said that it would most likely be changed. I asked what flooring it was getting changed to and she seemed annoyed at me asking the question and snapped at me and asked why. Why.... Because I want to potentially rent the house and I want to know what flooring will be fitted in the property?! We would've probably rented that house if we found out what flooring was getting

Renting from a private landlord through this company. I have had a few things needing attention and all I can say is every email I send or phone call is answered quickly and dealt with. Absolutely no issues at all with this company. Do not confuse with the Edinburgh company of similar name, lets 4u (not easy).
