We are an independent national Estate and Letting Agency whose reputation has been built on the delivery of exceptional service and outstanding customer care. Our principal, Iain Robb, and his team have been successfully selling property and providing residential asset management services in quality housing stock since 1979.
At Robb Residential we can't say that we are the largest firm, nor can we say we're the smallest. Iain has been an estate agent since 1979. He worked with Slater Hogg and Howison in the 1980s leaving after 10 years when the business was sold to the TSB bank. In 1989 he formed and ran the Robb Agency, after 10 years he did a cash and equity deal for the business with Winterthur Life.
All estate agents will suggest that their service is best, however, very few have the necessary skills, experience & expertise to deliver on their promises.
