Cutlass Mechanical Engineering Ltd was formed in 1994 to provide specialist Engineering, Welding and Fabrication Services to Industries in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. We quickly became one of the leading providers of high quality Fabrication & Welding Services in the South West of England. In 2007 the Company became a Limited Company and in 2012 we moved from a small unit in Cattedown, Plymouth to a larger premises in Plympton.
Here at Cutlass Mechanical Engineering Ltd our Water Jet machine has a 4m x 2.5m cutting envelope and incorporates twin heads. An advantage of having twin heads is that the water jet machine can simultaneously produce the same parts and as a result, this speeds up the cutting time and reduces overall costs.
