This is added security especially for women travelling alone at night. We still offer our RingBack service for anyone ringing on a landline.
Five Star Taxis are looking for full and part time taxi drivers working in and around Norwich and the surrounding area. The job involves driving passengers to and from their required destination, providing a friendly, professional service. Basic arithmetic and cash handling skills are necessary and a clean car should be maintained.

Rude driver, driving dangerously and swearing at other road users. Namely driver licence number 1112 of a Mercedes e350.
Met this bloke up Newmarket Road. Came to a merge in the road, driver didn't give way and then used horn when when he got behind me. Began shouting out the window at me before pulling up next to me and shouting at me. Then went into a right turn lane before cutting traffic (4 cars ahead). All in a signwritten car.
Absolutely unnecessary behaviour from a taxi driver. And a textbook poor example of someone to give a signwritten car to.

Positive: Professionalism
I had actually booked a courtesy taxi on their app and the driver couldn’t find me and was extremely rude and told me to walk home! The lovely driver from 5 star told me he’d take me home and it was absolutely no problem at all. Moral of the story is use 5 star taxis! They are great!
