All Norwich Airport and other airport transfers are inclusive of toll charges, 30 minutes waiting time and Black cab/hackney cab parking charges. All prices are approximate from Norwich City centre. A2B Taxis Norwich companies hackney cabs can take up to 7 passengers including wheelchair customers with luggage.

After being told they take card when booking they then denied saying it and kicked a mother and young daughter out on the side of the road, in the dark, on a Friday night in an unsavoury area a mile from their destination rather than trying to find an alternative method of payment (such as PayPal)
Frankly their behaviour strikes me as dangerous and unethical given the recent spate of violent behaviour towards women! What taxi company doesn't take card during a pandemic!

We used A2B taxis for my mum who is 92 and a wheelchair user. Keeran our driver was so kind and attentive with her (and us). We used the side ramp which was perfect. Keeran drove especially carefully and was also punctual and patient. The taxi was super clean and comfortable; all Covid measures were in place. The pricing was competitive. Online booking was easy and email correspondence swiftly replied too. Many thanks Keeran (driver) and Giles ( emails). We will definitely use this service again and again.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
Well I've only called these guys once and I will never again ! Just as I stepped in the car. ( The man I thought was rather a gentleman opened the door for me ) ... Like a rat up a trouserleg!!! his podgy little ham hand went straight for my knickers !! I was so frightened I called my son to come and collect me.

I got into the taxi as I was on my way to a emergency doctors appointment. And straight away I was overwhelmed, with the pungent aroma of body odor . The car stank. I had my child with me and the driver was quite clearly angry about something. Screaming down the phone ...it appeared to be his wife he was screaming at. Something about the phone bill. my child started screaming and I left . He insisted I pay him however even though I was still two miles from my destination. Awful service. Lack of personal hygiene

We hired a London style black cab for our wedding for the bride and Father of the bride to arrive at our wedding venue in, along with normal taxis for our other guests. We were very impressed with A2B taxi's communication when organising so many taxis at different times, from different locations and with the service on the day. My wife and father in law also really enjoyed their journey in the black cab. The driver was very cheerful and helpful and really added to the excitement on the journey. My father in law is still talking about it now! Thank you!
