For more than thirty years MMS has created and managed market leading insurance schemes for lenders, general insurance brokers and other financial services intermediaries. These schemes, which are Underwritten by certain underwriters at Lloyd's, provide cover for mortgages, loans, income and a range of other lifestyle financial commitments.

Marketing & Management Services Limited, trading as MMS, was established in 1980 and operates from two UK locations in Leeds, Yorkshire and Claygate, Surrey. MMS designs, arranges and manages general insurance schemes, including Short Term Income Protection plans, for a wide range of financial commitments.

We work closely with client partners to ensure that the right solution is provided from day 1 and the necessary level of support is given throughout the life of the insurance schemes. MMS is a specialist B2B services company and provides Full Service Scheme Administration and Claims Handling on behalf of our client partners.
MMS has always worked closely with client partners to understand their needs and assist them with consultancy advice around their cover requirements, pricing, marketing & documentation and training requirements. We continue to work with client partners to deliver tailor-made protection schemes.

It continues to be our policy to promote quality insurance products with superior benefits and fewer exclusions than most other products available within our marketplace.We regularly review our products and continue to enhance them to meet the evolving needs of our customers. MMS provides a variety of policies and depending on the type of cover you have purchased you may be able to adapt the cover as your circumstances change. This can include altering the benefit amount, the excess period and the commitments you want to cover. Changes may affect the premium but not keeping your policy up to date may affect your ability to make a claim.
Amanda joined MMS in 1989 and worked in both our claims and policy servicing departments, where she rose to the position of Policy Servicing Manager, dealing with the processing of new business and collection of premiums. Jane joined MMS in 1994 and is now the Manager of our Claims Department. She has overall responsibility for the underwriting and payment of all claims and heads a team of dedicated claims handlers.
