Following an initial Bespoke Jewellery Design consultation, Chris or Sam will pull together a series of rough sketches to provide information for the next steps in the design process. The sketches are then refined into far more detailed, accurate drawings giving consideration to different aspects of the design like dimensions, stone shape and size, and the type of setting.

I could not recommend Christopher Wharton's jewellery highly enough - we bought my engagement ring and then wedding bands for us both and could not be happier. We decided on a Criss Cut diamond which is a little bit unusual and Wharton's helped us purchase the exact stone to meet our requirements, going above and beyond to secure it and make the most beautiful ring. All whilst dealing with the Covid pandemic and uncertainties all businesses have faced - but nothing ever felt like too much trouble for Chris and the team and the customer service delivered really has been second to none. Christine Trotman, a colleague in Hove, East Sussex ordered Georg Jensen Daisy earrings from them costing £355.50 which never arrived. Wharton Goldsmith claim that they were delivered by Royal Mail but in fact they were never received. They said that they would follow it up with the Royal Mail but do not appear to have done so. There should be some evidence of delivery like a photograph of where the earrings were left. An expensive lesson as Christine has lost the money paid for the earrings. I don't know where to start.... I would say stay away from this place.!!! My uncle brought his ring in to be resized and they completely got it wrong which resulted in him losing the ring! Now this wasn't just any wedding band but a wedding band made out of his Late fathers gold watch which now obviously cannot be replaced! Now what i'm really disgusted in, is the fact they would size a grown man on a LADIES FINGER measurer; I mean who does that??!! The sales lady has apparently been doing her job for 15 years ( i beg to differ).. So how the hell did she make such a big mistake! To top it all off

I ordered a ring from Wharton Goldsmith for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I had tried my best to get the correct size using my wife’s other rings and an online ring sizing tool provided by the brand of ring I was buying. When the ring arrived, my wife was very happy with it with the exception of the size - it was too big. I got in contact with Wharton Goldsmith via email and was excellently assisted by Nicola who sent me a ring sizing band to more accurately measure the correct size. Based on that I returned the original ring and Nicola ordered the correct size from the manufacturer. I have

My wife took in her grandmother's eternity ring that was too large for her. The initial consultation to help her choose a replacement blank was very professional and not pushy at all. The work was done slightly quicker than we expected, though within the time frame we were quoted. My wife was incredibly happy with the new ring and was quite overcome. The stones had all been cleaned and polished as part of the process, and the overall result is magnificent.
