Long Lane Garage

Had two vehicles booked in for MOT this morning.
The mechanic was halfway through the first vehicle the very rude lady at front desk told me they wouldn't be doing the second one as they 'don't have time' - despite previous arrangements already being made with the gentleman on the phone when I made the booking.
She then proceeded to embellish her version of events to the chap servicing my vehicle and all the other mechanics within earshot - Signs of a very manipulative and dishonest individual.
As a local business owner/employer myself I would advise the family run garage to take review of their

Excellent garage, had a cambelt change and full service. Very Knowledgable and efficient staff, will definitely be using this garage again in the future and will recommend to family and friends!

Aggressive and threatening and intimdatory. I had used this garage for several years. Today I took my car for an mOT and because of problems on the A34 I was 5 minutes late. On arrival the owner, was angry and wouldn't listen to an apoolgy for being late and refused to do the MOT.
When I expressed my displeasure she called out the mechanics and they surrounded my car and were abusive.
Avoid they are clearly under too much stress and that isn't a good way to have your car serviced

So far so good car is definitely running better since service and a few parts replaced i will bring it here for its next service
