HAP Lettings first opened in Queen Street in the centre of Glasgow. It was here where the business grew rapidly from a team of two to our friendly team we have now. This location has proved extremely beneficial in that we have a very busy main road presence and we can reach most parts of Glasgow within twenty minutes.
Please see details below of our preferred contractor for our of hours property maintenance. Plumbing needs handled at all times. For out of hours, we will try to get to you as soon as possible. Please turn the water off at the stop cock till we get to you. If you leave a message we will contact you as soon as possible but this could be the next working day.
If you have seen a property you are interested in, contact us to arrange a viewing as soon as possible. Our application process can be done online and is quick and simple to do. If you do not have computer access come and see us in the office and we are happy to complete this on your behalf. Applications are quickly approved and we will sign the agreement with you at a convenient time.

I have been a HAP lettings tenant for year and so far they are so much better than previous agencies like Clyde Properties. Very responsive, we have had several issues and requests, all of which were answered or resolved within a week. I highly recommend them as they are a smaller agency and care way more for their tenants.

I rented a flat with HAP Lettings, despite the flat not being very clean and a few problems we immediately signaled, we lived in a very nice flat.
The agency answered within a few days after being contacted by email, most of the year all went well.
We were very disappointed after spending two days thouroughly cleaning the flat before leaving early due to covid-19 quarantine to go home to France that they charged us 60£ because of a bit of dust on a skurting board (literally the only justification for the cleaning service, what we arrived to was not worth a 60£ clean)
They also charged us another

Avoid this company - I am currently in a private let and my ceiling is constantly leaking and nothing is being done. I am told there is a dispute about who is to pay for the roof in the meantime I’m left with water coming in. I am currently trying to find somewhere else which is just an absolute inconvenience.

Not very organised or responsive to questions. I dealt with multiple agents and was charged 72 pounds for 1 hours light clean that wasn't necessary. There were multiple miscalculations as well. This is the 2nd bad review I have left in my life but I thought it was important for others considering them as an agency.

I rented an absolutely gorgeous flat in Glasgow via HAP lettings and I have to say it has been one of the best letting agent experiences I have had. I never had any issues in the entire year - any maintenance issues I flagged up were resolved quickly. The check in and check out process were so simple and easy. I’d like to thank Josh in particular who did a fantastic job and was so knowledgable. If I ever called him with an issue, he would give me advice over the phone to fix it. You really need to know the ins and outs of a property in order to be able to give such advice over the phone! Thank

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Rented the property for a year due to being in uni. Within the first week of being there had to go to the doctors to be told he had caught scabies. The mattress was covered in urine and other stains. They did not change the mattress for him until multiple complaints had been made from myself. Lock on door was broken, window was broken these were never fixed, although they claim to have fixed everything that was asked of them when I phoned to make a complaint. At the end of the year all students staying in the property were told they would not be receiving their deposit back

PLEASE be VERY VERY careful when dealing with Josh and Carol Hardy and possibly Maureen Atkinson at HAP Letting !!!!
I am a current tenant of HAP Letting (not for much longer, THANK GOD) and it has been an absolute nightmare for the last 8 months.
It soon became apparent after the 1st month that the noise from the other tenants was HORRENDOUS (party's/door slamming/rubbish out of windows/flat above renting out a bed via airb&b, playing drum's/music at 3am etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc plus purely for a structural issue every single floorboard in the flat above creaks like crazy).

I found Josh Hardy and the staff at HAP Letting to be "deceitful, unwilling to tell the truth, neglectful etc etc" I am still a tenant of HAP 8 months now and I rue the day i ever saw their flat to let advert, I REALLY DO, the noise here from party's, doors banging at 1am, drunks screaming and shouting every weekend, idiots leaving their windows… wide open with TV'S blaring out 15 FEET FROM MY BEDROOM WINDOW etc etc, HAP'S RESPONSE WAS NIL, because they new all along of the troubles, as everyone else did...PLEASE PLEASE if you are looking to do business with Hap Letting be very very very
