Little Pengelly Farm is situated in the West Cornwall peninsular in a central position 5 miles from both the North and South coasts. Many of our guests are often seeking a quieter setting away from the coastal bustle or are require a central location to visit St Ives, St Michael's Mount, Land's End and Falmouth.

Services
The cottages are set around the farm courtyard, which is surrounded by mature grounds and small fields. The barns are built with the soft tones of Cornish granite topped by a traditional slate roof. The cottages are furnished to the highest standards using white oak for doors, double glazing, central heating controlled by you and modern powerful showers.
The Cottage is a large single storey 'barn conversion', which has a patio and fenced in garden, which overlooks fields and trees. The spacious lounge is bright and comfortable allowing you to relax and unwind. There is a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The bedroom has a king- sized bed complete with goose down pillows and duvet, for a good night's sleep.
The New Barn has 'A' shaped ceiling which gives height and bright light. The high, quality decor includes oak doors and flooring, a dishwasher and log burner. The spacious lounge is bright and comfortable allowing you to relax and unwind. Occupancy can be brought up to four by using a double sofa bed, the lounge includes a flat screen television, DVD player and iPod docking station.
The single level Studio contains everything necessary for an enjoyable holiday. The lounge is spacious, with a high ceiling and large windows giving light from three sides. The lounge/bedroom is open plan and may sleep up to four people as there is a king size bed and double sofa bed. At the front of the Studio there is a south facing paved area with a table and chairs ideal for reading your books.
Little Pengelly Farm Bed and Breakfast - Set in the Peace & Tranquillity of Rural Cornwall. The bed and breakfast is surrounded by beautiful hedgerows full of primroses and bluebells in spring. Later in the year you can enjoy the swallows skimming the meadow or hear the owls in the orchard. There are three double rooms available with breakfast served in the conservatory or the farm house dining room in the winter.

Outstanding B&B! Rooms were very well catered for and plenty of room. Internet speed was about 60mbps which you certainly can’t complain about! Only some issues with 4G but remember this is Cornwall!
The rooms very perfectly clean and lovely beds. The breakfast was amazing with homemade honey and marmalade on tap. The full breakfast was not your average b&b quality, they source local ingredients and the bacon and sausage is lovely! My room looked out on a field with horses and every night was like a fairytale! Beautiful location and there is a lot to explore in the garden.

Very happy we chose here to stay myself and my partner fully enjoyed it .
The room was very cosy and bathroom a very nice size , breakfast was very tasty even to the point I had extra sausages (locally sourced) nothing was to much trouble our hosts were very friendly .

Immaculate. Lovely decor. The bath was divine as was the room. Fluffy dressing giwns and good quality towels provided. Very efficient and friendly service, maxine was lovely and gave fantastic suggestions of places to go. Breakfast was cooked to perfection and I would have given 5 stars had there been hash brown and beans, a must in my opinion. Homemade jam at breakfast was so good I ended up buying the last jar. Would definitely recommend

We have just come home after a fantastic holiday. The Cottage at Pengelly Farm is lovely, clean and has everything you need for your stay. Our son is 7 and enjoyed playing in the field at the back of our barn each evening. Leedstown is also in a great central location, near to Hayle, Porthleven and St Ives. Maxine and Robert are also really helpful and welcoming 😊
