Services
At PhysioWorks Belfast we are passionate about the health benefits the good practice of physiotherapy and pilates can deliver. PhysioWorks Belfast provides an environment where the people of Belfast can access the highest quality treatment to ease pain and injury. Our professional and friendly service is delivered by highly trained, motivated individuals and therapists.
We encourage a programme of continuous professional development for all our team and embrace technology where possible to make improvements to working practices. Get to know them a bit better. Over the last 30 years, Debbie has had great success treating clients by combining hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation programmes.
We are open for face to face physiotherapy appointments following a telephone triage. From advice to rehabilitation programs our team of experienced physiotherapists are here to help you during this time. Appointments can be booked via the telephone or online. Select a condition to find out more about the physiotherapy treatment we offer for that particular problem.
Our team of physiotherapy specialists use a wide variety of treatment techniques to help our clients. Dry Needling works with the body's natural healing process to reduce pain and allow proper movement. Dry needling is not acupuncture, it is based on what we know of anatomy, physiology, pathology and biomechanics.
This involves applying direct pressure or a stretch over joints of the body and to the vertebral bodies of the spine. We assess each client individually to decide the type of mobilisation and the grade that we use. Gentle grades are used to ease pain whilst stronger grades are used to help reduce stiffness and improve joint mobility.

Fantastic physios and pilates instructors. I have had treatment from both Debbie and David for my dodgy neck / back and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wouldn’t consider using any other physio, I’ve used Debbie many times over the past 8 years and she always gets me fixed! Debbie always explains what she is doing in a way I understand and gives me simple stretches bespoke to any injury I’ve sustained to help with recovery, if you are a runner with aches and pains go see Debbie, thanks for getting me fixed and running again!

Sadly I have needed the services of PhysioWorksNI a few times. Staff are great, very friendly, personable, helpful and know exactly what is needed. Debbie has been excellent in getting me sorted. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else :).

David Bell - Great physio...
The service Cancellation charge is £30. I understand it’s completely my fault as I didn’t turn up for the apppointment but I still think it too high given the appointment costs £40. So think if you are able to make it before making an appointment.
