I had a brilliant experience during my treatment with Mr Gianmarco Trove. As I am a keen runner, he wanted to get me back to fitness as quickly as possible. He recommended acupuncture, which I'd never had before but it was a painless experience and really worked with an effective recovery after only two sessions. 5 stars from me, thank you :-)

I had the most lovely Physio called Dave. As we are living in these times where face to face appointments are not always possible, I was a little hesitant on how well the appointment would go. I can honestly say that David was super professional. Sent through all my instructions and paperwork in a clear manor and I genuinely felt that he cared and wished for me to get better rather than just a number. I would highly recommend them as they were super! 😊

Dave spent a huge amount of time helping me understand what was happening with my shoulder and prepping me for what will happen post surgery. Chris was excellent at ensuring I was diagnosed as quickly as possible. From what I’ve seen so far, Dave’s team go above and beyond and genuinely care about my recovery and rehab. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience with Complete Physiotherapy.
On initial phone consultation despite great detail and repeated correction from me about which part of my body was causing me trouble, my left shoulder specifically the muscle above the shoulder that runs behind the collar bone the person on the phone continually talked about my back pain.
This did not engender confidence. My back did not hurt my shoulder did, radiating down my arm which probably was a trapped nerve and needed some Ultrasound (Not a Dr Google thing, but previous experience.)
Secondly on the same phone
