We went to Amanda Shaw based on a recommendation of a relative. We had problems with our acting solicitors and decided to use her for our onward purchase. We are so pleased we did as she took all the stress out of buying a house. We wish we could have done for our sale as well but we were too far in at that point.

Purchased a house very recently. From day 1, Harriett was attentive, responsive and eager to get things done quickly. Time estimate that they quoted was spot on (overran on the other end slightly, but that couldn't be helped) and could've possibly been done quicker if the sellers solicitors were just as proactive. The fees are reasonable too. Highly recommended.
