Simplify Structural Engineering are absolutely fantastic and I'd absolutely recommend them. They've provided the drawings and calculations for several internal/external wall knock throughs, chimney breast removals and two basement conversions. This included underpinning calculations and tanking/drainage solutions. All designs have worked fantastically with no issues at all.
Robert and his teams knowledge across all areas of construction is second to none. As is there knowledge of building materials allowing them to offer cost effective solutions to any problems encountered during the builds.

I needed calculations for chimney breast removal in my house. I found Simplify Engineering LLP online and it turned out to be very good choice. The contact with the office, quotation and booking a site visit were very easy and pleasant. Tim inspected the site, measured everything and explained me step by step what is needed for the job to be done right. Before he left he made sure I understand everything. I received calculations week later by email.
