Providing letting services for landlords looking to fill their houses with students or professionals. Preparing the relevant legal documents, including the Tenancy Agreement and the inventory and schedule of condition (if you request this). Managing the Property during the Tenancy Agreement, arranging repairs and refurbishments as necessary or as agreed with you.
David has been fantastic. I was out of the country when he put the house on the market and found tenants. He looked after everything and made it so easy. Communication is fantastic, emails returned same day. Once notice is handed in your will be expected to vacate the property on the submitted date by 12PM. Any alterations to this will result in additional charges.
