We have 10 individually styled rooms, including one on the ground floor for those with limited mobility. All the rooms are en-suite and decorated to a very high standard, complemented by crisp cotton sheets and stylish bedspreads and accessories. There are flat-screen televisions with digital channels in every room along with free WiFI.

The Grange Country Guest House has 10 en-suite bedrooms on both the first and second floors of the property. The one ground-floor room is a superior super-king or twin bedroom (Room 1). All rooms are decorated to a high standard with modern accessories. Our Standard Double rooms are available for single occupancy.

We must advise you if any of our food contains: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt or khorasan, fish, eggs, all nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide (used in dried fruits) or Lupin. Our breakfast menu includes muesli and also cakes with flour, seeds, nuts and dried fruits where the recipes may vary and may contain listed items.
There is a huge number of things you can do in The Lake District. Okay, in fairness, it is very much an 'outdoor' kind of place. Predominantly, people would agree that the magnificent lakes and mountains are what attracts most visitors.

The Grange Country House enjoys a lovely elevated position on the outskirts of Keswick. The property was built in around 1850, there have been various extensions and modifications since this time but the property remains a fine example of a large Victorian home. Now operating as a Country Guest House, we have 7 letting bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities together with a guest lounges, a dining room and an outside terrace.

The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure that the guests feel safe and comfortable, especially during the pandemic. The breakfast was delicious and all the tables were spaced out and all staff wore masks. Hand sanitizers were placed throughout the hotel.
The room was spacious and well looked after.
