Serendipitys now operate 5 day nurseries, based in Bingham, Balderton, Newark, Cotgrave and Grantham. Kelly Alls started in the child-care industry in 1997, where Kelly was a child minder working from home, as she couldn't find the high quality, affordable childcare that she wanted for her own children (all 5 of them).
Kelly's services were soon in demand and armed with a long waiting list; she decided it was time to take the plunge and open her own Nursery. In 1998 the first Serendipitys Day Nursery and Pre-School opened it's doors in Bingham, Nottingham, with the ethos of providing the highest quality affordable childcare in a home from home environment.

Services
Serendipitys Day Nursery operates from a beautiful converted detached Edwardian town house, situated on London Road in Balderton, Newark. The nursery has 3 separate rooms for Babies 0-2, Toddlers 2-3 and Pre School 3-5. The ground floor rooms have patio doors leading to a safe, fully enclosed outdoor play area.
Serendipitys Bingham operates from a converted bunglow on the popular Nottingham Road in Bingham. Serendipitys Bingham operates from two neighbouring properties on the popular Nottingham Road in Bingham, a shared car park amalgamates the separate buildings. Our care is based around the fact that every child is unique and cherished and our warm and caring staff team offer high-quality childcare that is tailored to every child's individual needs.
Serendipitys Newark operates from a large Victorian detached house on Appleton Gate, Newark. Serendipitys Newark operates from a beautiful Victorian house on Appleton Gate, Newark. We are situated opposite Newark Northgate train station and less than mile from the historic Newark town Centre. A private car park at the rear of the property provides ease of drop-off and collection.
Serendipitys is an approved provider and we can offer free childcare to eligable 2 year old children. The funding can start from the term after their 2nd Birthday. Universal Credit - if you and your partner have a combined income from work of 15,400 or less a year, after tax tax credits and you have an income of 16,190 or less a year, before tax.
Our cooks hold all relevant food handling and hygiene qualification and prepare and cook all meals from fresh. Our menus are displayed throughout the nursery and demonstrate our commitment to offering a well-balanced and varied diet. We believe learning how to choose and enjoy different nutritious food in early childhood can provide a foundation for a lifetime of wise food choices.
