I can, without hesitation thoroughly recommend Colin and his team in what is a very friendly and caring dental practice. We as a family have been in this dental practice for many years and have experienced nothing but excellent personal service. All our dentists adhere to the strict guidelines governing the profession under strict guidance from the General Dental Council (GDC) "Standards for Dental Professionals".

First, you listened very attentively and don't seem to mind at all if asked to go over anything again. Your eye contact is good. You give people time to absorb information (I've had to take on board more than normal this year) and check that I've understood - you never make me feel that any question is stupid, and never a sign of impatience - very important.
I admit that I was rather sceptical about this as my mouth was not uncomfortable at all. However, having had the treatment my mouth was even better - it feels very healthy and perhaps, more importantly, I now have a real hope of preserving my teeth forever. Your gums are like cushions for your teeth: they surround the teeth in the jaws and help to support them.

This dentist is conveniently located in a very good area but I have unfortunately had numerous bad experiences in my dealings with their dentist and practice manager. They seem to have internalised this idea that all people with mental health issues are subhuman and belong in a psychiatric ward. Totally unacceptable.

Instead of treating me with a decency and respect, the manager and the dentist begun behaving towards me as though I was a second class citizen. I was discouraged from attending. I was offered appointments in the not so distant future despite voicing my desperate need to treat

After undergoing a rather extensive treatment plan I have nothing but great things to say about botanics dental care and all the staff.
Colin and Jennifer have been absolutely outstanding and are clearly very talented at what they do, after going to several dental practices in the past this is by far the best one and I have no plan on leaving.

I have been a patient of Colin Gardner for over 15 years and have received excellent treatment and care. Both my kids are also now patients in the practice and well looked after by Colin and his team. My 8 year old son had an extra front tooth which caused a huge gap between his two upper front teeth. Colin has a natural and comforting ability to put your mind at total ease and in his usual professional fashion he calmly and carefully extracted this random extra tooth from my son this morning without any discomfort or stress whatsoever. What more could you ask for. Best in the business.

I have had several sessions so far at Botanics Dental Care as part of a dental implant procedure . Each time , Colin and his staff of nurses and reception have displayed the highest levels of professionalism. I have felt at ease on each visit and I'm very happy with the work I have had .
To add, I have been receiving some complex dental implant work, and I couldn't imagine getting this work anywhere else. I believe Botanics dental care to be the best place to go for dental implants.

During my initial consultation with Dr. Gardner, he told me my alternatives in a helpful, straightforward way. He also discovered significant facts I had not known about my teeth, which were crucial in deciding what to do next.
I went to Dr. Gardner to have two molars extracted, and expected to feel quite a bit of discomfort, both during and after. But there really was no problem. As a result, having been quite concerned about the actual implant operation, I'm beginning to feel that may go smoothly too. And I did not expect to think that at all. Dr. Gardner and his team are really good.

I was a loyal customer of Botanics Dental Care, but the way they dealt with patients during the pandemic was really poor. I contacted them in March 2020 when the pandemic hit to cancel my monthly subscription. They didn’t cancel it, and I ended up paying £200+ to them before finally cancelling it. They have refused to refund this payment despite having records that I requested cancellation in March. I am also still due treatments from 2019 which I have paid for.
They didn’t contact patients to let us know they were open through the pandemic. The whole thing was just managed extremely badly

I came in to be treated primarily forTMJ/clenching my teeth, which was a longstanding issue I've had that has affected my sleep and general well being. The exam and process for creating the split to wear at night was very thorough and painless, and I was able to leave that day with a simple device that has virtually changed my sleep for the better—no more sore neck and shoulders, no headaches, and am actually dreaming again. First time at this dentist last week as I felt I needed a molar extracted and my own dentist was unavailable. Very helpful and efficient reception and clean ,state of the art surgery.
Colin carefully and thoroughly examined my mouth and jaw before proceeding . The injections and extraction were painfree and done with such skill and speed I was literally gobsmacked (no pun intended) .
Clear ,aftercare advice was given and I'm healing well.
