Located in leafy south Belfast, this project transformed the rear of a Victorian residence to provide a new, bright, kitchen/ dining area and patio overlooking the trees and shrubs of a mature garden. The project also included sensitive alterations to the apartment to provide a new bathroom; an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom; an additional bedroom.
Alastair Macnab Architects were appointed to carry out a feasibility study, prepare an outline design and planning application for development of a constrained site in Andersonstown. The approved scheme provides eleven two bed apartments, one, one bed apartment, an access road, sufficient parking and hard and soft landscaping.
