Services
The development of 75 apartments is located on one of the main commercial streets in Belfast. There are two blocks, one facing onto Chichester Street and one facing onto Gloucester Street. The entrance is set back of the street and offers a double height reception area. The two towers are linked at first floor level which contains a private swimming pool and gym.
Lagan Construction Group are adding a 40,000sqft extension over three floors to their existing headquarters at Titanic. A double height entrance area clad in a stainless steel mesh links the extension to the existing. The integration of the existing building with the extension will be aided by the re-cladding of the older buildings.
The corner development, constructed in white render, facing stone and zinc detailing connects the existing detached housing along Old Coach Road to the townhouse frontage of Harryville. The setbacks and roof design help reflect the two storey nature of the surrounding housing. The vertical stone chimney feature defines the level difference and provides focus to the frontage.
