I have been using Moores, and specifically Karl for a number of years now and have always had a positive experience with my property being let easily and quickly. Everyone I speak to at their office is on the ball and as a team they offer great communication and support. I wish all my other experiences with estate agents were as good as this!

Angie and the team are on it. We were first time landlords and Angie walked us through all the steps helpfully. We got helpful updates about little works that needed doing (broken shower unit, new light switch etc) and they sorted it all out for us.
More expensive than others for sure but if you want a premium service, I'd recommend them.

Avoid. Rented a property for 18 months. All was fine until we found a property we wanted to buy and needed to leave our tenancy early. It felt as though we were immediately treated like a cash cow. Everything had a fee and admin time attached to it and we were accused of not leaving the property in a clean state, with photos provided showing a pencil on the floor, a radiator key in a drawer and a blank wall which (apparently) had cobwebs on it. The property was left cleaner than when we moved into it. Moores are happy to keep £144 of our deposit and have invited us to contest it with the Tenancy

I've just left a Moore's managed property after ten years renting there and I have always found them very professional. I liked the regular inspections, and maintenance always dealt with any issues quickly, even non-urgent ones. Communication was excellent, I've always been very happy with the service. I was sorry to leave.

We bought our house 15 years ago from Moores then we used them as our letting agent.
Once we decided to sell we had Kristy as our agent she was fantastic the best agent we have worked with (we've bought and sold 3 properties this year). Excellent communication even when there was much to report. Can't thank her enough
