Myself and a couple of mates stayed with Linda on the 18th/19th October. We were welcomed by the lovely Linda and she could not be more helpful and pleasant.
The premises and beds were excellent and the breakfast fabulous. I got a lovely double bed to myself.
I am going to take my wife to Keswick and I do hope Linda's is available when we go.
Highly recommended.

Lovely guesthouse. Myself and two friends stayed in one room which had two single beds and a double. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The lady who owns the guest house was so friendly and helpful and the location in Keswick is fantastic, just a short stroll to the centre. I would definitely stay again and recommend this very highly.

We enjoyed 9 wonderful days in Watendlath Guest House. Linda is an excellent and very friendly host. Great Breakfast with a lot of choice. Nice room with bathroom. We can highly recommend this B&B. Keswick is an excellent central location to visit the lake district. We chose to travel by bus. Stagecoach offers an excellent weekly ticket for only 28 GBP. We got around everywhere we wanted and did a lot of walks (Skafell Pike, Helvellyn, Hay Stacks, Buttermere, Ullswater, Skiddaw...)

We stayed here in May for my Son's birthday treat and we were on a tight budget, but I have to say, excellence was what we found.
The rooms were spacious and clean with a good facilities. Considering we came down for the walks, beside breakfast we didn't spend a great deal of time in the guest house, however what time we did spend there was great.
Linda was a great host and a fantastic chef, I have two hungry little boys and the breakfasts she made filled them every day. The other guests were very pleasant every morning at breakfast and its in a perfect location (2-3 minute walk to the town center
