If you're travelling anywhere outside of west Belfast I'd strongly advise not to bother contacting this company. My son rang for a taxi from RVH. He was asked whereabouts in the hospital he needed picked up from. He told them A & E. He was then asked where he was going to and as soon as he told them "Antrim Road" he was told "we're booked out!" They are obviously a west Belfast taxi firm for west Belfast residents

Joke of a firm. A colleague literally just got off a flight at city airport after travelling for 8 hours and was waiting on her luggage when an aggressive phone call came from Gransha (who was pre-paid and booked). The Gransha depot proceeded to give her abuse, saying the taxi had been waiting outside for over an hour, despite the fact that the flight had just landed. Welcome to Belfast! Due to their own incompetence, they clearly got the wrong flight time but instead chose to aggressively berate the customer and offer no apology when the sheepish driver turned (back) up. I saw a review about this company not allowing pets. I've been using Gransha as my local depot for the past year and when I say I need to bring my dog they just send out a driver that doesn't mind. I've been told to keep my jack russell on the floor by one but the rest didn't mind him and some even gave him a nice pet. It depends on the individual driver but I've never had an issue with it.
